We know you’re going to love your Vanilla piece, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags, hygiene liners intact and in original packaging.

You may exchange your item for a different size, color or style (subject to availability). -
Store Credit
You may opt for store credit to select a new piece. -
Refund to original payment method
Refunds are available and subject to a 10% handling fee based on the total value of the returned items.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition

No stains, marks, odors or signs of use

All tags and hygiene protections must be intact

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
SHIPPING

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Vanilla Swim is not responsible for lost return packages
FINAL SALE
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Provide clear images of the item

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Once your return has been approved, you have 5 natural days to ship the item and provide a valid tracking number.
If the tracking information is not received within this period, the return will be automatically declined.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Due to the limited nature of some of our fabrics, exchanges are subject to availability. If you choose a different style, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
