EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We know you’re going to be delighted with your new Vanilla, but if for any reason you are not, you are welcome to exchange your Vanilla in unworn condition within 14 days of receiving it and we will happily exchange for another style, color or size. We do not refund the credit of your purchase.
If you exchange the product:
Exchange shipping is at customer cost. You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
If the product is defective, we will refund the cost of the shipping and replace the damaged pieces for new ones.
HOW TO SEND YOUR VANILLA
All items should be sent in original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse exchanges where it is obvious underwear has not been worn.
If you have any questions about the fit of your bikini, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss this with you.
Due to the limited nature of some of our fabrics, replacements are subject to availability of fabric. If you opt for a different style, the difference in price will be refunded or paid by you.
We do not refund the credit of your purchase.
We do not refund the credit or exchange any items under the following conditions:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code above 10%.
- Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.
Important note: In case you did not receive your order in our shipping times range we only refund the credit of your purchase once the package is back to our warehouse. It usually takes a month since the delivery attempt was failed.
