Orders & shipping
EU Customers:
When ordering from Europe, all parcels are shipped from Spain, ensuring exemption from duty fees for countries within the European Union.
International / Non-EU Customers (Including the UK and Switzerland):
As the recipient, you are not liable for any import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes when ordering from Vanilla Swim. We ensure that your orders will be shipped without additional charges.
However, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the regulations for importing foreign goods to your country. If a delivery attempt is made and the item is not collected, resulting in its return to us, you will need to pay a re-delivery fee for the swimwear. If the fee exceeds the value of the swimwear, we will abandon the package.
Shopping online at Vanilla Swim is a breeze! When you find an item you love, just select your size and the desired quantity, then click 'Add to Cart.' You can review your selections anytime by clicking the 'Cart' icon in the top right corner of any page. Once you've checked your items, you can either continue browsing or proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Absolutely! Vanilla Swim is a European-based company, managed and operated by Europeans. We utilize GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology, which encrypts your personal information for secure online transmission. We do not store any credit card details, nor do we share your personal information with third parties.

While we typically cannot make manual changes to orders, it may be possible if your order has not yet shipped. We process orders swiftly, so we may not always be able to accommodate changes. If you need to request a change, please contact our customer service team immediately and include the details of your request in the email. Please keep in mind that our customer care team operates in a different time zone than some of our online store locations.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email please contact us.
Once you place your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided as soon as it has been processed. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 24 hours, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Vanilla Swim provides free shipping on all orders over €200.
A pre-order item is one that you purchase before it is available in our inventory. You can cancel your order anytime until it has been processed. To cancel, please reach out to our customer service team.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been confirmed in our system and payment has been processed.
Exchanges are not available for sale items, which are sold as final sale only. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you don’t see a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have ended up there.
For all orders, please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
If your tracking number indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within 14 business days.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays, and the delivery time frame does not account for any delays that may occur during international customs processing.

Vanilla Swim is thoughtfully designed in Spain by our in-house design team and expertly manufactured in Tunisia.
All current season items are restocked periodically throughout the year. You can sign up for instant email notifications on the product page of the item you're interested in. However, due to the popularity of our collection, we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be available for exchange, and we are unable to reserve items for this purpose.
