We ship Worldwide.
Express Shipping 4-6 business days from fulfilled.
Fulfilled status normally takes around 4-6 working days from the purchase. We’ll keep you updated about the preparation of your order. During collection launches preparation or high summer season delays are slightly extended, the wait for fulfilled process is between 4-10 working days after you have placed your order.
Customs, taxes & duties – You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in your country. Dependent on your country or state. Custom duty or local tax is not included in the cost of your order and will be paid by the customer.
Parcels are shipped from the Europe which guarantees exemption from duty fees for countries within Europe.
We recommend familiarizing yourself with the import duties, customs regulations, and local sales taxes of your destination, as well as the rules regarding the importation of foreign goods. If a delivery attempt is made and the package is not collected, resulting in its return to us, you will be responsible for covering the re-delivery fee and any duty taxes incurred upon re-importing the swimwear. In the event that the duty tax exceeds the value of the items, the package will be abandoned.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.
Generally, we are unable to make manual changes to orders, but if your order has not yet shipped, it may be possible. Since we process orders quickly, changes are not always guaranteed. Please contact our customer service team with your change request details in the email.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there, if not please us.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within the expected time frame. Delays may occur that are beyond Vanilla's control, for which we are not responsible. If your parcel is delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. Our customer care team is available to assist with any further questions after that.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is handled by the selected shipping carrier. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the most current information. Vanilla is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit.
We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please ensure all details are entered correctly at checkout.
