2. Customer Responsibility – Delivery Address
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is complete, accurate, and valid.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Correct street name and house/building number
- Apartment, floor, unit, or access details where applicable
- Correct postal code, city, and country
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Non-existent or invalid addresses
- Addresses that do not correspond to a residential or commercial location
- Failure to provide necessary delivery details
3. Undeliverable or Lost Shipments Due to Incorrect Address
If a package cannot be delivered, is lost, or is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer:
- The customer assumes full responsibility for the loss of the shipment
- No refund, replacement, or compensation will be issued
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
4. Returned Shipments
In cases where the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- The customer may request a reshipment, subject to payment of new shipping costs
- If the customer chooses not to reship the order, no refund will be issued
5. Tracking and Proof of Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available. Proof of shipment and tracking confirmation constitutes fulfillment of our shipping obligation.
Delays or delivery issues caused by postal services, customs authorities, or address inaccuracies are outside of our control.
6. Customs and International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring the address complies with local postal standards
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by customs procedures.

Failure to comply with these conditions releases us from any responsibility for non-delivery caused by customer error
